No refunds are available for any digital products, as these are downloadable resources and are therefore not able to be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In instances where items are delivered defective, damaged or an incorrect item has been received, we will require proof of this to ensure your refund or exchange can be approved.
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
If your exchange is approved, we will reconfirm your details with you before sending out a new item.
